Deborah Federico will be with Career Services at GECD for the next few months to meet with our PhDs about career matters and job search. Deborah has an MBA from Boston College and over nine years of career counseling experience in higher education, having most recently spent five years providing career services to business students in the School of Management at Boston University. She is also the owner of CareerWorks Coaching and the author of the “From College to Career” blog. Prior to working in higher ed, Deb held marketing and market research positions at Randstad (formerly Office Specialists) staffing and recruiting agency, The Gillette Company, and boutique market research agencies. She is in the process of becoming certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator through the National Career Development Association.
